New Sx200 ICP 3.1 in service for 1 week, New h340 spectralink phones. Phones work fine and after about 30 minutes of inactivity they won't work. Display still shows ext number on it but if you call the phone you just get a ring no answer and the h340 doesn't ring. If you press the off hook button on the phone it says TCP closed. Turn the phone off and back on and it seems to work. Why are they going to sleep.
