SpectraLink Wireless on Mitel 3300ICP

We have just set up a SpectraLink wireless system up on our Mitel 3300 for evaluation and everything was working fine for almost a week but now I get a message on one of the handsets that states "Skt Open Failed". The other handset has been working fine since set-up (about 2 weeks now). Anybody familiar enough with this environment to point me in the right direction? The setup is as follows...

Mitel 3300ICP on release 5.2.4.4
SpectraLink i640 wireless handsets set to WPK-PSK
SpectraLink SVP-010 server
Cisco Aironet 1200 WAP

Hello mate

what is the network switch that the mitel and the cisco 1200 are connected to.

because i had this problem and it was a vlan issue

any problems please let me know

The switch is a Cisco 3550pwr.

We see that the odd time, usually when powering up the handsets in the morning. I was told its some type of problem with getting the IP address ( I assume you are using DHCP )some sort of conflict.
