Spectralink wi-fi configuration using cradle

Has someone ever used the cradle configuration for wi-fi sets ?

I use a stright cable but the software can't get connected to the cradle.
If I don't put the phone and lauch get assert, a window indicates "put the phone", when I do, I have the error message.
If I wait, I don't have any error....

Now, it's about French users too !!!
