Never set one up, how do you configure, is there a pdf with instructions

Soopa Doopa Intergalactic IP Office installation mechanic and configuration corruptor from way back.

Go to the spectralink website where you download the firmware - and there's a link to the Avaya site with setup instructions. It's really easy and assuming your wireless network is up and running, it should take you only about 10 minutes to setup! Really easy - you need a 9pin serial cable at first to set the box up with an IP address though at first.....

Am doing the same. Their is a post of mine on here if you do a search over the last few days.

Make sure you have a TFTP Server up and running. So that the AVPP and phones can get the CFG files.

Fully charge the dam phones before you want to start on them. Frustrating when the little buggers switch them selves off.

As stated. Turn off auto ext create on the IP office. Easier to create manually.

You didn't mention the model phones you have, but you can set the e340 and i640 ip addresses w/out a serial cable.

no I mean the main SVP server - just the first time

also, don't use the IP Office Manager as your TFTP server - it causes loads of problems! Use Solarwinds or something, that works fine.

Cheers.
