Good Day Mitel Techs,
I have been looking for troubleshooting tips for SpectraLink phones without success. As I have a SpectraLink - Model number RNP 2400 working on a Mitel 3300.
The spectralink phone was working at site, then one morning the wireless IP phone stopped working. The display states "no DHCP" and locks on this screen.
I tried resetting the phone and resetting the wireless base, but no luck. I have limited information about these phones and would be in your debt for any information given to help me in this situation.
Can someone please advise what I maybe missing.
