Spectralink CHK3000 Operator Console?

I know this is old s/w, but I am in need of a copy. It originally came on a 3.5" floppy disk. It's DOS based, I think, and I have some VERY old equipment that needs to be tested.

Any help you folks can provide would be appreciated.

XP SP3 pretty much cripples DOS apps, but this one still runs on my computer so it must be immune.
