Spectralink 6300 MCU with 6020 polycom phone Features

My company "I" installed a Spectralink 6300 MCU and we have 6020 polycom phones. The polycom engineer showed me how to install base stations and program phones. I am having problems with programming the features??? like CONF,CFW, and others. I believe you need Macros in F6 but don't know them. He said what ever is programmed in the PBX would work on the phone. I'm getting complaints about them wanting call log also. Oh and the analog phones won't show MWI, *digital will.

**can anyone please help me setup the features**they won't pay for Polycom Tech. Support.
