Client is running a BCM50 with 4 Spectralink 6020's, one extension is experiencing 'one-way audio' (Caller can't hear) about 1-2 times a day. The 6020 unit has been replace d 3X's and the problem still persists. The Users of the other units never experience any issues. There are 2 base stations and the unit experiencing the problem is normally working within the zone of one of the base stations.
I plan to swap base stations and possibly change the ports to see if the problem moves around. Any suggestions to what I should check before I do that?
