SpectraLink 6020 handset error code

Have a site with several SpectraLink 6020 handsets.
One of them shows an error when powered up and I cannot find any information on it.
I did not install the SpectraLink system and am only vaguely familiar with some of the older handsets.

The error that shows on the screen is:

00000000 00000000


Other than this showing on the screen the handset is completely unresponsive.

If anyone knows what the error is or could point me in the direction of some documentation for it, I would be grateful.

I have searched Polycom's support site but have not been able to find anything mentioning this error on the handsets.

I NEVER WORRY ABOUT THE ERROR CODES I JUST REPLACE THE PHONE

I'll second that response. I have never seen that error code, but I don't have time to mess around with them. I have a parts only replacement contract with black box where I just send them in and they send me new ones. I go thru about 20 a year to support the 35 phones I have in use. Nurses kill equipment!

Ok. I'll see about replacing the handset then.
I was just wanting to make sure that it wasn't an error related to the controller somehow.
