Does anyone know the specs for the "reorder" tone on a nortel 8x24? We have a voip iad connected to the nortel. when a caller gets vm and hangs up the nortel won't disconnect because the iad device is not passing the proper voltage drop to set off the reorder tones. the iad device has settings that can be adjusted, but we don't know the nortel requirements.

your talking about the disconnect supervision on the trunk side? last time I checked the 8x24 didn't produce reorder tone for disconnect supervision, it needed a momentary removal of battery (trunk voltage)
One way to test this is to have an active call, and pull the jumper on that trunk, the call should clear off the norstar and be clear for the next incoming call.
