Specifying Target Window Properties with getURL

getURL ("url", "_blank", "GET")

Does anone know if the properties of the target window (such as width and height, scrollbars, menu, etc)can be specified using the getURL command?

TulsaJeff had something about opening popups using Javascript but I dont think that will work in this case as I need to send variables dependent on the users input.
