Specifying height of individual cells or rows?

Sure, select them (or just be in the cell) and from the Table menu choose Cell Options=>Rows and Columns. Everything you need for specifiying precise (or minimum, etc.) row and column sizes is right there.

It couldn't have been much more obvious in the ID help, btw: Help, Index, "R", "rows,table", "creating fixed height". The help has a lot of info.
