Specifying drillthrough options

Is there any way, other than analysis services, that you can specify the drillthrough options of a cube (any type of cube)?

I want to try something on one of our production databases, but would rather include it in our regular processes. It includes disabling drillthrough on a cube, then later enabling the drillthrough.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
