Hi,

I need schedule a report in CMC and I need choose "Use custom database logon information specified here", then "Specify a custom driver". How can I find out the "custom driver" that my reports use?

I use Crystal Report 2011, BOE 11.5

Thank you for any helps!!

NOTE: Crystal 2011 will only work on BOE 11.5 if you only use features that were available in Crystal XI. Also, you won't be able to use Crystal to publish the reports.

To find the data driver:
1. Open the report in Crystal
2. Go to the Database Expert
3. Right-click on the connection used in the report and select "Properties"
4. You should see an entry for "Database DLL" - this is the driver that the report is using.

Dell,

Thank you so much for your help!!!
After I found the driver that my reports are using, I found the actual issue in my scheduled report and fixed it.
Again, Thank you!
