Specify a folder on IP in DNS?

Is it possible to specify a folder on the target ip when you are entering it in the dns-server. Like if you have several .com-adresses on one server.

you can have different ip addresses map to different folders on a iis server, but it's not done in the dns settings, it's in the iis server manager... creat a virtural host... if you need more details let me know...
