Specified port unknown loading Hp 1215 driver 1

Hi,

I am installing 6 Hp 1215 all in one printers onto 6 xp sp 2 pcs.
5 of the 6 pc's have installed the printer fine,however one xp pc,comes up with the following error:
An error occured during the installation ,the specified port is unknown.I have uninstalled usb ports,re-installed sp2,unistalled and installed printer software,with no joy.
The Usb ports re fine as a usb mouse and keyboard work fine.
Am at a loss as wot to do next.
Anyone any ideas.Its a usb all in one 1215.
Have loaded latest driver etc and checked HP website for known bugs.!!

I just posted an "Information" lightbulb in the XP forum, about SP-2 not recognizing USB devices. Check and see if it applies to your problem.
