Specific window size

I want to make a new window come up off a link, but I want it to be very specific, like a pop-up window, with no toolbars, and a specific size. How do I do this?

try this....

javascriptpenWindow('****.htm','scrollbars+no,width=400,height=100,screenY=10,resizable=10');

the width can obviously be altered to your prefs, and the ****'s to be changed to your page that you want to open...
and then there is the option of resizing.....
