Specific Sizes for Target link windows?

I want to create a link to a blank window, but I would like to size this to a specific size (not a whole browser window size). I've seen this done on commercial sites when they want to show a larger view of their product, but I'm not sure how to approach this in Dreamweaver. Can someone help?
