Specific Project Number Query

I have a query that pulls projects and lists hours worked on by different people on a report. I would like the user to be able to open this query, through a report, and be able to type in the project number to get that project its hours worked only, like a parameter query with dates.

What do I need to put in the criteria?

Have you tried creating a pop-up form that has a command button to generate the report, and a combo box that shows the projects worked on by the individual (restrict the data displayed by user/project)? The user could then select the required project and then display the required data in the report.
