Specific Printer problem with a Host On-Demand end user.

I have an end user using Host On-Demand 6.0 who is getting an error "User Intervention Required" when she attempts to print a document. The user is on WinNT 4.0 and she is using a HP LaserJet 1100 printer with the latest drivers.
Anybody have an idea how to clear this error?
