Specific Date Combo Box

Would someone please help me with code that will populate a combo box with the first and third Saturday of each month for a prescribed period of time. For example if the user selects 3 months then fill a combo box with the dates of the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each of the 3 months.

I want to make signing up for a specific charity event as easy as possible so we can get the maximum number of volunteers.
