SpecialItem(" * " NON-STOCK) Printing 1

I modified a report which prints all the data I need except open orders for "Special Items"
(" * "NON-STOCK). They are critical for shipping to pull by promised date. I am getting the data from the following files:

SO2_SOEntryDetailLine
SO1_SOEntryHeader
IM1_InventoryMasterFile

When I add {SO2_EntryDetailLine.SpecialItem} to the report it shows up blank. I have open orders with special Items that haven't been filled or are backorders.

I am using MAS90 Ver. 3.71

Using Crystal?

I am just guessing, but because if there is a * item, then the ItemNumber field in SO2 will be blank. And because your sql query in crystal probably has a 1 to 1 relationship between so2 and Im1, you are not getting your lines.

Consider changing to a left join on the SO2.
