Special user in a phone

I have an interesting question from a customer. He have a analog internal fax and need to secure it, so only one user can use it to make external calls. Actually, any user can take the phone and make a call using Authorizations Codes. But he need a kind of "unique code" to use only in this extension.

Somebody have configure something like this?

Put a login code on the extension, and log it in and out when they want to use it. When logged out, they can only make internal/emergency calls.

Thanks AACon... this will work only if the fax extension is outgoing only, because when the user is logged out the extension is in a kind of disconnected state. I will consult if this is the case.

I guess I need in Manager:

Make a User with an Extension and a Login Code.
Configure a Extension without user (an unique extension)

To Use: *35*<User Extension>#
To Block: *36

He just needs a new fax where this is build in.
You cannot just log out as you cannot receive faxes anymore.

Just force them to dial a code before every number, a shortcodes of 123456N Dial N would require 123456 to be dialled before every number, add more codes to bar everything except[pre][/pre] emergency calls and you're sorted

Give the Authorised user a "Hot Desk" extn number
they can then temporarily log on with that extn number to make calls logging off will return the fax to its default extn number
(set log-in timeout so they don't forget)

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
