While im on i might as well post this next concern. We think we have an employee (kitchen manager) that has been changing hours on the BOH. Were in aloha can we run reports on a certain boh user. Also, how do you check who has been using the "Aloha super secret access". I know there is a log file for that so they can find out who has been using it to do things that were not supposed to be done on there acces level.

Your problem is really two fold, IMO. 1) Even if it's under his access, can you be absolutely certain no one knows his password? 2) If someones knows the super-secret-don't-tell-anyone-password, there's no real way to prove who that is, since there is no user log in as such.

Use your audit reports and there is a report called edited punches that will tell you who's time has been changed.

Disable the backdoor password.

Create a file called iberexe.dll in the bin folder.
