I'm doing a techie-style book (high-tech, spy appearance). I want to have THREE page numbers on each page. The page you are on (which I already know how to make auto-number) as well as the page before that and the page after that. A cursor-element surrounds the page you are on, the other two page numbers are slightly faded. I need to know if there is a way to make it auto add those numbers. I've tried the auto-numbering, but I can only figure out how to make it list the current page you're on. There must be some kind of formula that will add or subtract one to the current page number and fill that number field in. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated as this is a 400 page book.

THANKS!

YOu might could do some kind of special section numbering or add a blank page to each one. Never heard of anyone doing anything like that. But please post back if you dont find out here, Im curious to know myself now.

Hi,
I had a similar problem wanted 2 nrs on the right page, I resolved thus:
I made textbox on left page so big that it was placed over the right page.
I aligned the number right.
So the nr. for the left page was placed on the right page. But it still was the left-page number because the textbox x-coordinate was on the left page.
The number of the right page was placed in the usual way.

Maybe this will be helpfull, your problem is a bit more complicated because you have 3 pages. I don't know if you can place 3 pages next to each other.

good luck
