special folder permissions

I am setting up a special drop folder for students at a school. I have two groups assigned to the folder, teachers, and students.

I need to set permissions so teachers have full control, and students can see the folder as a mapped drive, and drop documents in it, but cannot read files in the folder , remove them, or change them.


I have messed with it for a while now, but am not getting it right.

Any ideas
