hi

does anyone know of a piece of software which allows you to send a single email to say 500 recipiants without the recipiants seeing the other peoples email address. must also support file attachments ?

If you've got just 500 then Eudora 5 will do this nicely. You put your addresses in a group and address the mail to "Club Members" or whatever, include any formatting you wish and attachments. Send a test to yourself + 1 other before you do full run. The manual is quite helpful. Program is free - go to

or Tucows or any software site.

Otherwise a little company in Thailand has a free web newsletter mailer which might suit -

If you have Outlook you should be able to use the Bcc option (Blind Carbon Copy) to hide all of the email addresses. That's what I use.
