Special Characters

I have install IIS on a Win2K server and added FTP so that, people can upload files.

People have upload files with special character, and I am no able to delete the files or folders.

Can anyone tell of a utility that I can download and be able to remove these files and folders?

Have you tried to take ownership of the files before you try and delete them? Do you have admin rites? Glen A. Johnson

I can't see the security of the folder.

When I try to rename it I get an error message about no able to read from source disk or file.
