Hi

I need to place some special characters in Quark 6 on a Macintosh. These are:

ð - small eth
ý - Y accute
þ - small THORN

I am using PopChar X but unfortunately these characters seem to be Unicode and Quark 6 does not let me insert them - it replaces each instance that I try to insert with a question mark. I have lots of instances of text with these characters in them.

Does anybody know of a way to insert these characters as text in a Quark 6 document?

Thanks

You could see if this helps:

I notice though, the Mac keyboard shortcuts are missing for the ETH and THORN, so if using Mac, you're out of luck. I'm not at all familiar with what these two are.

I'm on a Mac and for the accute, I make the accent and the letter and kern them onto each other for a letter other than the vowels that you can get automatically. We don't have this come up often, so it works for us.
