Our English Exchange 2007 is install on a English Server 2008, client is a French Windows XP SP3 with French Outlook 2007.

Emails with charset = iso-8859-1 replace some character
Example:
Give this:
bonne ?t? aurevoir et ? bient?t!!!
Instead of this:
bonne été aurevoir et à bientôt!!!

Was working great with English Exchange 2003 on a English Server 2003.

Someone with an idea?
