Special Admin Account

The network I help administer is an NT domain with mainly XP clients but also a few 2K clients. I want to create a domain admin account to provide certain users with a way of unlocking machines that have been locked by users. But I want this domain admin account to have no priveleges other than to be able to log on and off. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

You can't do that with native NT4. You can upgrade to Active Directory or use a Third-Party tool like Directory and Resource Administrator from NetIQ. There are others too.
