Speakerphones on ETR phones

Is there a fix to the poor sound quality and clipping on partner phones hooked up to a magix. The phones worked fine on the partner but on the magix the customer is saying the speakerphones suck.

They shouldn't sound that bad. Are you certain it's not the ETR board?

It is across all 3 ETR boards.

The TDL sets sound fine. Extension to extension is fine. It's only on outside calls. I am going to try some loop current attenuators on the lines but I doubt that will fix it.

During speaker phone use only or handset as well?
