Our office just purchase 10 I2004 and 10 I2002 phones, i placed all of the i2002 and 3 of the i2004 phones. It was only after a user call saying that the hands free botton on the phones does not work. I check all of phones and that is the case for all. I do not want to call the company and made to look like a fool if there is an option to enable the hands free portion, so i am asking at tek-tips if i need to configure someting or there is a problem with these phones.
