Speaker Phone Magix System

Hi all, i have a magix system that i am having a problem with the speaker phone talk back.

From any extension if i intercom hands free via speaker, only one extension i can call and they can talk back. All other extensions when i call, they can hear me, but cannot talk back. I have checked the mute button, and still cannot seem to get it to work. Any suggestions?

Is there an HFAI button on those phones, and is it turned on before you call in?

No HFAI, just a mute button.. And its off (not lite) at all times.

So the "Speaker" LED is lit, but the "Mute" button is dark (not flashing)?

There is a Microphone Disable feature in the Magix, but it appears to apply only to MLX sets.

So if there is not an HFAI button, we're probably talking about 44XX sets on a Magix. Add the HFAI button (HandsFree Answer on Intercom) to the receiving phones, turn it on, and try again.
