Do you have Handsfree assigned to your phone?
Do a Feature * 0 and hit your lower right button. It should say Handsfree/Mute.
If not, turn it on under Terminals&Sets, then CAPABILITIES for your set.
Also, make sure your handset is NOT plugged into the Headphone jack.
