Speak calling number

Does anyone know of a application that speaks the number you are calling from when dialing out?

Any assistance would be appreciated.

not from in the switch, you can use a pc to autodial from an analog modem and turn that on, several app's offer that as a tool, excell for one.

I am very proficient in Aspect programming, and can see how if I turn on DCH messaging and monitor it, I would be able to make that PC speak a file with the correct number. But not sure how I would set up the voice path from that PC to the persons phone making the call.

the user would need to use an app from his pc, i don't know of a better way to handle it
