SPARK AND PARK

HI
WHAT is different between spark and park and hold in AMO TAPRO IN HIPATH4000 V5
AND HOW TO USE them ?
I setup key16 in openstage 30T as spark but when use it display call parked in slot 0
what mean that and what slot 0 ?
and setup key10 openstage 30T as TRNS but use display transfer Not possible how to solve that ?

Only users in PickUp group can park.

Directed Park:
Parking an active call on another station. Destination can be free or busy but may not be a hunt group pilot number.
Press DCPA key or dial DCPA code and dial the destination extension number
Retrieving is automatically upon recall timer expire.

Self Park (PARK):
Parking a call on own station only
Press SPARK key or dial SELFPA code to store.
To retrieve: press SPARK key or dial the RECONNPA code.

System Park (SPARK):
Parking a call on a park slot.
Press PARK key (memorize park slot) or dial one of the PARK codes
To retrieve press PARK + slot or dial one of the PARK codes.

For call transfer :
TTT param must be added in COSSU of station.
Also in COT of inc/outg trunk there are a lot of parameters related to transfer .
