Sparc 5

I have a Sparc 5 Workstation and I have a SVGA monitor connected to it with an adapter. I am not getting anything on the monitor. Does anyone have ideas as to what is wrong?

I have a sun type 5 keyboard, mouse, and a SCSI Cdrom drive.

As far as I remember there are two types of cabloes, one will work the other one will not.

I have had the problem with Ultra 5. I had to remove the adapter and find a cable that would fit without the adapter. Too bad I.T. is not cash business

You do have the keyboard plugged in right?

Also, the monitor will not work unless it is a 17" or better.
