I have a IPO 403 with an analog4 module. One of these lines has been separated to go to a certain hunt group. I have given it a specifis line ID. But this user can still access the other 3 lines. I want to stop that but can't find the right short code. Anyone?

So you have a specific user whom is dialing out and hitting the other 3 lines (if I understand correctly) If that's the case you'll need to create new shortcodes under that users "user/shortcode" section. You'd basically use your same dial shortcodes, but change the line ID.

So I thought. But I am obviously not putting the correct S.C. I tried to restrict the one user from the other lines but blocked them completely from all incoming lines (they could dial out). I do have 3 lines on one ID and the one line on its own separate one. Sorry, I get alot of this stuff but the short codes are killing me.

Take a look at your 9 and/or [9] shortcodes that you're using in the system shortcode list. You'll want to reprodue those in the user's shortcode list and just change the "line ID".
