Spanning Pages with Textbox Controls on Reports

I am working on a report that requires the ability to span multiple pages with textbox controls which contain data from a memo field. Is there a property or setting that will allow this? Every configuration I have tried causes the report to lockup when it is opened. If I limit the control size it opens without a hitch.

Any ideas on how to fix this problem?
