Spanish To English Language Translator Products

I am looking for a product which will take Access 97 forms, reports, etc. and allow for replacement from Spanish to English.

We have researched Translator version 1.1 from Point Limited but have not been able to get it to work properly and did not get it resolved with the help of their technical people.

Does anyone know of another product or programming method which would facilitate this?
