spanish punctuation

I'm required to translate our newsletter into Spanish but have yet to figure out how to make the tilde (accent marks) over certain letters. Also, does anyone know how to make the n.
 
I do it the hard way by placing a series of letters and accents from the symbols insert table of MS Word and then copy and paste as needed. If the accent marks are already in word before placement, there is carry over of accent marks after placement in pagemaker. Are you writing the text in Pagemaker or placing text? R

Mac or PC?

If you work on Mac, nothing is easier. Download a PopChar Lite (Control Panel).

If you are on PC try Alt+0241 for n-tilde and
Alt+0209 for N-tilde.
You can copy-paste letters from Character Map too.
