Does anyone have a set of rules that are working well.

I have Spamscreen with Exchange 2003 IMF - can anyone suggest more to prevent spam. I feel like I have too much Spam coming through for the tools I am using. I guess I haven't tweaked what I have well.

You may want to take a look at the GFI Mail Essentials product. I find that it does a pretty good job of blocking spam and it is priced very reasonably.
