Is there a way to configure SpamAssassin so that you reject email from everyone except for the ones on your whitelist?

Any help would be great

sure,

Add the spamassassin module *requires spamassassin to be installed

Black list the following:

*@*.com
*@*.net
*@*.org
*@*.biz
*@*.info
*@*.web
etc
(you'll have to lookup what extensions are available)
