This might be better suited in one of the server forums, although its not really based upon it.
We have a mail server from our ISP and Outlook on all the companies computers, no Exchange here. Most of the older people here use their work email as their personal email and have spam out the @@@ because of it. They have been doing that way before I arrived so their email is on multiple spam lists. Blacklisting wont work and their are minimal tools on the Management page of the ISP's webserver website. Is there anything in particular that I could be doing to lessen the spam? What are good practices used that Im missing out on?
I had heard about K9 but it doesnt seem to function the way I would need it too especially on a multi-PC install.
Thanks for all the suggestions.
