SPAM mail on exchange

One of our users keeps having mail sent out through his exchange account and keeps getting noticfication from the system administrator about undeliverable mail, ive run scans for virus's and spyware on all the system he uses and on the DC also, but he continues to recieve them.

Any suggestions on what i can do, or what itis?

Are you sure messages are actually leaving via his account, as opposed to his email address being used as the "reply-to" on some spammer's sending list?

Try doing some message tracking in the ESM
