spam cop pain in the

I randomly have messages (usually replies to e-mails that I have received) rejected by Spam Cop.
Not being a professional with respect to e-mail issues I am finging this increasingly annoying.
I cannot determine why this is happening and would appreciate any insight into the matter.

if you are repling to someone else and then it is being rejected it is because they are using spamcop to help filter their email (cut down on spam).
the issue could be your domain it could be the subject line it could be the content.
go to

http://www.spamcop.net

and see if your domain / ip is on a black list.
