I am not sure if this forum can help or not. Please guide me to the right one if this is wrong. Basically we have Exchange 2007 and a Barracuda 300 Spam Firewall. We have a user that is getting spam directly in his Outlook inbox. I look in the Barracuda and it must have bypassed it because it doesn't show Blocked or Allowed. Any thoughts on how/why this spam is bypassing the filter. Thanks.

Without out knowing the topology, it's hard to say. If ALL mail into your environment goes through the Barracuda, and the Barracuda doesn't show it in the logs and the messages don't show any specific Barracuda headers being added (if any normally are), then the messages are coming from another source. I've seen users configure POP3 accounts in Outlook for things like Hotmail, and then that problem pops up.
