Spam being sent from que, need help with SMPT properties.

Righ now I'm fighting an issue with my open rely settings on my smpt server in exchange. In my que I have like 800 emails in my que, that are junk mail being sent my server and I know somehow I have a setting that is allowing for my mail server to send out junk mail even though I have only computers that are part of my domain allowed to acess the mail server. I know annonomys access should be turned off, but when I do that, I do not receive mail from outside my domain.
