Spam assassin plug in

Hi.. I am not Unix administrator nor am I a command line junky.. Our mail server (on Freebsd)is going to be running Qmail, it was previously running sendmail which I administered thru webmin. We had/have spamassasin in which I could block domains etc etc. What I really want to do is to be able to block based on content, certain words /phrases in the subject or body of the email. I have been told there is a function to do that thru command line in Qmail.

Is there a plugin for Qmail or Webmin that will let me do this function via a UI and not command line?
